Voiceover / Vocalist Contract

A Vocalist/Voiceover Agreement is between a vocalist and a company or individual to employ the vocalist to provide vocal services for commercial recording purposes. The agreement lays out the specific terms of the arrangement including the studio location, time and date of the recording session and, if any the number of musicians who will accompany the vocalist. It also sets out how much the vocalist is paid and that vocalist gives the rights to use their name, voice and likeness for publicity purposes.
