Performer/Talent Contract

A Performer’s Agreement is between a production company and an individual - acting, dance, music, physical performance, voice, cabaret, podcast, narration, or novelty performance  -  who will render services as a Performer. Such as actor, dancer, singer, circus or stunt performer. The agreement sets out the details of what is to be performed, the role the performer will play and the term of the engagement. It also sets out the rate of compensation the performer will be paid and any compensation he or she will receive for additional services.
