Illustrator Contract

An Illustrative Agreement is between an illustrator and an individual who requests the illustrator create images for a written work or cover design. The agreement sets out the specific images to be created. Such as for a textbook, children's book, book or album cover, or how-to-manual, when and how the illustrations are delivered and how much the illustrator gets paid. It also contains a grant of copyrights and ownership of original artwork.
