Editor (Journal) Contract

An Editor Agreement is between an editor and a publishing company who is seeking an editor experienced in editing professional journals. This agreement sets out the specifics of the arrangement including the editor's obligations, editorial control and ownership rights of edited articles. It also sets out the compensation which will be paid to editor and the rights to use editor's likeness in connection with advertising or publicity.
