Coach/Consultant Contract

This  contract is for private, corporate or sports club coaching. Such as a voice or acting coach or mentoring a music prodducer filmmaker or game designer. Or consulting on a project or businesses. A Coaching Service Agreement is between an Employer or Club and an individual who will provide coaching services. This agreement sets forth the specifics of the coaching deal including the term of the agreement, the coaching services to be performed and the payment for those services. It also sets out how travel expenses will be reimbursed and the general obligations of the coach.
