Booking Agent Contract

An Exclusive Booking Agent Agreement is between an artist and an individual who will act as the artist's sole and exclusive booking agent. This agreement spells out the scope of the arrangement respecting artist's services, live performances and endeavors. Including the duties and rights of the agent and duration and term and formula for agent's compensation. Written Exclusive Booking Agent Agreement will prove invaluable in case of of disagreements or misunderstandings between the parties.
